UN SISTEMA BASADO EN CASOS PARA LA TOMA DE DECISIONES EN CONDICIONES DE INCERTIDUMBRE.

Resumen

El desarrollo de técnicas para considerar la incertidumbre en el proceso de toma de decisiones es una de las tareas fundamentales de muchos investigadores en el campo de la Inteligencia Artificial. En los Sistemas Basados en Conocimiento, como sistemas particulares para la toma de decisiones, el uso de estas técnicas es de especial consideración. En este artículo se analiza la problemática de la incertidumbre en los Sistemas Basados en Casos y se propone un modelo que muestra vías para su determinación y manejo, usando técnicas probabilísticas combinadas con conceptos de la teoría de los Conjuntos Rugosos (Rough Sets). El modelo propuesto se basa en una estructura de organización de la base de casos que facilita el cálculo de la certidumbre de los valores así como el proceso de recuperación.

ABSTRACT
The development of techniques to consider the uncertainty in the process of making of decisions is one of the fundamental tasks of many investigators in the field of Artificial Intelligence. In Knowledge Based
Systems, like particular systems for the making of decisions, the use of these techniques is of special consideration. In this article the problem of the uncertainty is analyzed in the Cases Based Systems and propose model that shows ways for its determination and handling, using probabilistic techniques combined with concepts of the Rough Sets theory. The proposed model is based in a case base organization, which allows the calculation of the certainty of the values as well as the recovery process.
